What is CrossFit?
Training CrossFit is the best way to get in shape! We combine many techniques that will ensure you never get bored. Such as, gymnastics, body-weight movements, kettlebells, weight lifting, running and many more. CrossFit is much more than just a fitness regime. When you train CrossFit a few things will happen.
You will make friends – There is no bigger relationship builder than sharing a WOD together and hi fiving afterwards.
You will become the best version of yourself – Taking part in workouts will not only make your body stronger but will build a stronger mind.
You will become fitter than you ever imagined – CrossFit has been developed to create the best athletes in the world if it works for them it will work for you!
Is CrossFit dangerous?
CrossFit can be dangerous, but not in the ways you might believe. With inexperienced coaches and the wrong mindset, CrossFit can be very dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest most effective and efficient way possible.
What's a WOD?
A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD every day for our CrossFit group classes.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes, our program is built on a strong foundation of 1 on 1 personal training. We also offer individualised personal training programs and sport specific programming. Please see our Personal training program page.
