I was so nervous walking into a new place with people who all knew each other and what they were doing! It wasnt at all what I had built it up in my head to be, everyone is soo friendly and helpful and the place has a great atmosphere. I've already started to see changes physically and mentally and would reccomend it to anyone!

Awesome place, fantastic atmosphere and a warm welcome. Glad I made the decision to join. The coaches make sure you're happy with what your doing and help you push on. Everyone else gives that additional motivation too.

Easiest recommendation I could ever make. Being someone with dwarfism I am very conscious of being starred at or made fun of at a gym, so have been reluctant to go. Strong101 isn’t like any other gym, it’s so inclusive and friendly it’s unreal. Since doing a free trial I’m now signed up to do 2 classes a week. Regardless of ability they accommodate. Best decision I made.

I've been to many a gym in my time, some of them good, some of them poor. Strong 101 outweighs any that I've been to, even gyms on military establishments. Everyone is there for everyone regardless of your capacity or ability. The coaches have a real thirst to nurture anyone that walks through the door. I cant really think of anywhere I rather train
